Open the BTCUSDT or ETHUSDT perpetual chart for the venue you use. Published levels reference OKX USDT perpetual swaps. Binance and Coinbase prices generally track within a few dollars, though venue differences can widen.
Plans are intended to arrive shortly after the 00:00 UTC daily close, at the start of each new session. Confirm the UTC date before adding levels.
When verified values are available, add Pivot, Value Zone, Support 1, and Resistance 1 as native chart references.
